As we say goodbye to the very unusual and challenging 2020, and begin the gift of 2021 (yes, it’s still a gift, even in the midst of a pandemic!), we at WMSE would like to wish you a glorious, promising and abundant new year.
May any challenges you experienced in 2020 disappear, may health be strong, hurts be healed, and may you be filled with hope of the possibilities that lay ahead.
Below are some ideas that we hope will get your year off to a great start!
Are LAST YEAR’S unfinished resolutions still hanging around in your brain?
Here’s a whimsical thought about your unfinished tasks:
“Do it badly; do it slowly; do it fearfully; do it any way you have to, but do it.”
― Steve Chandler, Reinventing Yourself: How to Become the Person You’ve Always Wanted to Be
Here are some tips for SUCCESSFUL goals in 2021 in the midst of a pandemic. (I’m listing my paraphrased favorites but I got them from two different articles) here are the links from Baker Donalson and NY Times
A LOOK AHEAD:
1) Even if it feels like you JUST filed because tax deadlines were extended in 2020, it’s a good time to start organizing for taxes! (If you pay contractors, 1099’s are due Feb 1 and the form has changed)
Here’s a link to the IRS article
2) Just in case one of your 2020 goals is to stop procastinating, WMSE wants to give you a leg up on Valentine’s Day with a list of Valentine ideas that are MOSTLY pandemic friendly (you may need to improvise a few).
We hope it is your BEST YEAR EVER!!
Blessings to you from the WMSE Team
